A Roaring Spring woman is facing charges for fracturing her baby’s skull while attacking the father while he was holding the baby, police say.

Authorities say 25-year-old Breanne Hoover has been charged with multiple felonies related to aggravated assault of a child, endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person, she is being held on $100,000 bail.
