Facebook Comments Lead To Homicide Charge In Crash From July

Adam Gertz, 19, of Mequon, made his initial court appearance Monday, where a judge set a $25,000 signature bond. The offense of homicide by negligent operation of a motor vehicle is punishable by up to five years in prison and five years of extended supervision.
