A Rock Hill mother who allegedly recorded a video of herself driving a car while her 5-year-old child was sitting on the hood of the vehicle has been arrested in South Carolina. News outlets report 26-year-old Thrista Miquisha Johnson turned herself in after Rock Hill police learned about the video and issued a warrant for her arrest. A 23-year-old Concord woman was charged Thursday with involuntarily manslaughter after her 3-month-old infant who died from asphyxiation due to co-sleeping with her, police said. The Cabarrus County Department of Social Services warned Kayla Joy Mitchell repeatedly to stop co-sleeping with her infant and other children, but she continued to do so, police said.
